OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations at Unit 15 at Twickenham and The Pavilion at Lords.
This is a high-profile opportunity to manage F&B services at two of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues, playing a key role in delivering exceptional experiences during major cricket and rugby events.

• Lead and inspire a team of F&B professionals across both venues to deliver outstanding service.
• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, including event planning, set-up, live service, and breakdown.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service in line with brand and venue expectations.
• Work closely with the Venue Manager to deliver operational goals, drive revenue, and manage costs.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, acting as a role model for energy, positivity, and professionalism.
• Liaise with suppliers, chefs, and key stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food safety regulations.
• Analyse performance metrics and implement continuous improvements to boost efficiency and service standards
