The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and quality products. Position works between Wendover Nugget Hotel & Casino and Red Garter Hotel & Casino. Pay range:$50,000k/ Yrly- DOE Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department - Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability - Ensure that all food and beverage offerings meet or exceed guest expectations - Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure that they provide exceptional service to guests - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure that all food and beverage offerings comply with health and safety regulations - Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage offerings - Manage budgets and financial plans for the food and beverage department - Perform related and/or other duties as required. Requirements Requirements: - Be at least 21 years of age. -Must be high school graduate or equivalent - Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices - Ability to manage budgets and financial plans -Excellent public relations skills are mandatory. WORKING CONDITIONS: T This position typically works varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift 25 pounds; this position would require business professional attire. Must be able to work an entire shift walking and/or standing.
