JOB SUMMARY

Are you a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage professional looking to lead in a dynamic hotel environment? We are seeking an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through our dining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation.
  • Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to uphold service excellence.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software.
  • Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
