Description
Position Summary: The Corporate Sr. F&B Operations Analyst will have the responsibility for creating detailed analysis and reporting for all business units to ensure successful delivery of all F&B initiatives. This position will work directly with Corporate Food & Beverage and Property Food & Beverage Operations to maximize profitability, quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications while fully utilizing the available analytics systems. Description: Responsible for practicing, supporting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” Company-wide culture. Create and maintain F&B reports that include, but are not limited to F&B Cash/Comp analysis, Outlet volumes/KPIs trend graphs, N/A Beverage Audits, compliance reporting, sentiment analysis, custom side by side P&Ls. Perform daily administrative tasks that include creating, deactivating, and changing user accounts within multiple platforms (CTUIT, Chatmeter, Medallia, SharePoint, ServiceNow). Perform theoretical Cost of Sales analysis and produce Quantity usage reports to help improve operating efficiency. Utilize a menu engineering matrix based on sales mix to determine actionable plans to increase revenue or decrease expenses. Work collaboratively with all department leaders on existing and upcoming projects. Streamlining existing processes with a constant focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Assist management with any ad-hoc projects as determined necessary and essential to the success of Food and Beverage operations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in the Food and Beverage industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Suites: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Cognos or other analytical tools. Mandatory Advanced Excel skills including but not limited to Pivot Table, Sumifs, Countifs, vLookup/xLookup, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Charts, Nested ifs (if, and, or), Index/match, LEN, Trim, Right/left/mid, Concatenate, Aggregate, Subtotal, Choose. Preferred knowledge in Excel VBA Macros, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, CTUIT, Medallia, Chatmeter, JDE, and Smartsheet. Point of Sales and Purchasing systems experience. Must be able to obtain gaming registration for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
