We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service roles.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Barista experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage preparation.

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service stations during events or peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the food service area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately when required, following proper cash handling procedures.
• Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages.
