MacLaren’s on Elgin is looking for a reliable front-of-house employee that is passionate about hospitality and customer service.
We have a full-time serving/bar-tending position available, you are guaranteed to work 5 x 8 hour shifts per week = 40 hours per week.
- $17.20 per hour serving wage, plus gratuities.
- Use of Micros Point-of-Sale System.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
- Hospitality experience preferred.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE SKILLS:

• Serve food and beverages.
• Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards.
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers.
• Advice on food and beverage menu selections.
• Clear and clean tables, set tables.
• Work as part of a team, serving large parties.
