Job Details Job Location: Boone's Restaurant and Bar - Atlanta, GA 30305 Overlooking the Bobby Jones Golf Course along Tanyard Creek in Buckhead, Boone’s offers high-quality service and cuisine in an easygoing, neighborhood atmosphere. Named after Augusta businessman, philanthropist and avid golfer Boone Knox, Boone’s is operated by the nonprofit Bobby Jones Golf Course Foundation. The restaurant is part of the overall charitable mission of the Foundation and Bobby Jones Golf Course to make a difference through golf. Bobby Jones Links is hiring Food and Beverage Servers for Boone's Restaurant and Bar. Primary responsibilities include: Presents menus, answer questions, and makes menu recommendations Utilizes the point of sales system and places orders with the kitchen. Attends all applicable pre-meal meetings. Advises supervisor of any complaints. Responsible for cash handling and the accuracy of receipts at day’s end. Incorporates safe work practices and safe food handling standards. Completes side-work (delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, etc). Qualifications Required Skills Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (May vary by state) Must have all certifications and licenses as required by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission statutes Ability to enforce company policies and laws and regulations regarding consumption of alcohol. Physical Demands & Work Environment Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to: Walk, sit, stand for long periods of time, bend, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear, stoop, kneel, crouch, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly; up to 50 lbs. occasionally and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects. Responsibilities

Food and Beverage Servers present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations while utilizing the point of sales system to place orders. They are also responsible for cash handling, attending pre-meal meetings, and completing side-work tasks.
