Casamici Restaurant is hiring EXPERIENCED servers smart serve certified

Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing duties including, but not limited to: stocking and cleaning of the bar; maintaining work stations; sweeping and mopping front of the house floors; maintaining cleanliness of restrooms
• Greet, seat, and serve customers to Casamici’s standards
• Learning daily specials as per Chef’s creations
• Serving and clearing cold and hot plates to and from tables
• Prepare and serve drinks, specialty coffees, espresso, and cappuccinos consistent to our recipes

Qualifications:

• Must be smart serve certified
• Knowledge of wines and beers
• Knowledge of basic POS system functions
• Proven bartending experience in making cocktails and coffees
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction
