POSITION SUMMARY:

The Food and Beverage server is responsible for providing an excellent member experience within our private lifestyle club.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experience as a server/bartender is a plus
  • Computer literacy - POS system knowledge
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and motivated.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

  • Interact with members while performing service duties.
  • Assess members’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
  • Become proficient in food and beverage menu knowledge.
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Set up and break down all food and beverage events
  • Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
