The Hilton Garden Inn Fredericton Downtown is currently seeking a highly motivated Food & Beverage Server with strong initiative, desire for personal achievement and a personality. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong food knowledge and a great attitude.

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2 years experience in a Food and Beverage
· Knowledgeable in wine, beer and craft beer etc.
· Able to work with very little supervision – own the breakfast experience
· Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques
· Ability organize and prioritize work duties
· Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
· Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
· Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
