JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience while preparing and serving food in a casual fine dining environment. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience serving in a restaurant is required
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling practices is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure all food is handled safely, adhering to food safety guidelines and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Perform other duties when required, including preparing coffee, high tea and specialty beverages.
