JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a clean and efficient food service environment. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of our establishment, contributing to a positive dining experience for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and helping others.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor food safety practices, including proper food handling and storage techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.
