Description We are seeking a customer-oriented and reliable Food Server to join our team. The Food Server will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our members, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages to their tables. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for providing a great dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet members and provide excellent customer service Take accurate orders from customers and input them into the POS system Serve food and beverages to customers according to established service standards Check back with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their meal and address any concerns they may have Accurately bill member accounts in POS (NO Cash/Credit Card handling) Clean and maintain tables, chairs, and dining area as needed Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant Assist other team members as needed to provide the best possible customer experience Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for customers and team members Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
