Food and Beverage Server – Part-Time or Full-Time

Pay: CA$18.25–CA$29.98 per hour, plus tips

Location: 1002 Mainland Street, Vancouver, BC

Shifts: Lunch and evening shifts available, mainly Thursday to Sunday

Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant is a Michelin Guide-recognized Moroccan restaurant in the heart of Yaletown, known for authentic halal cuisine, refined service, handcrafted cocktails, live entertainment, and a warm, elegant atmosphere.

We are hiring an experienced server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of serving experience, enjoys guest interaction, and can work in a fast-paced full-service restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, attentive service
• Guide guests through our Moroccan food, wine, and cocktail menus
• Take orders, process payments, and maintain tables efficiently
• Work with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff for smooth service
• Support special events, live music, and entertainment nights

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience
• Lunch and evening availability
• Weekend availability required
• Serving It Right required or in progress
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Polished, guest-focused attitude
• Arabic is a plus
• Experience with Moroccan, Mediterranean, or halal cuisine is an asset
