QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a server or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • ProServe certification and knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and guiding them through our menu offerings.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and special requests, striving to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and service stations, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order timing and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and reconcile cash and credit card payments at the end of each shift.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage quality, safety, and hygiene, following health and safety regulations and company policies.
