Job Summary:
Petit Potato is a developing brand opening its third location in Downtown Toronto.
We are seeking passioned individuals to join our new team at the Bay St. location. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry or hospitality, possess strong customer service skills, and be proficient in basic math and cashiering. However, if you are a detail oriented and self motivated person with minimal experience in the industry, we are happy to provide training.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately
-Serve foods/beverage to customers
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Assist customers with any inquiries or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry, restaurant, or hospitality sector is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
