JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Answer questions regarding menu items and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and attend to customers throughout their dining experience.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist in general cleaning duties, including washing dishes, cleaning up spills, and resetting tables.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight] pounds.
