Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while serving beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee, tea
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
- Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the serving area and ensure proper presentation of beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly manner
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to fulfill customer orders
- Proficiency in basic math for order processing
