JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team in a very fast-paced breakfast restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and assisting with food and beverage service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

SKILLS

  • Strong cashiering skills with experience in cash handling.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive experiences for patrons.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.

  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all food is presented according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and work areas to comply with health regulations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals and drinks.
  • Support other team members as needed during busy shifts to maintain smooth operations.
  • Breakfast industry experience is highly recommended.
