The Alverton Hotel is searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Server with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Job Role
We are seeking applicants with an outgoing personality who pride themselves on attention to detail, with a passion for hospitality, team work and ensuring the guest has the best experience whilst drinking or dining with us.

Responsibilities

• You will follow the guest journey and exceed their expectations.
• You will have stamina and a positive outlook towards your role.
• You will be of hardworking nature and flexible with the hours and shifts you will work. This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key Skills

• GCSE Maths and English
• Experience in Food and Beverage Service preferred but not essential
• Excellent personal presentation
• Passion to learn about our F&B offerings
• Communicate effectively with the team and guests, including listening to instructions
• Passion for guest service, ensuring no request is ignored
• Knowledge of allergens
• Food safety level 2 advantageous
