We’re searching for a Food and Beverage Server to join our dynamic team in Regina, SK. Training opportunities are available – prior experience in food service is not required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve guests their food, drinks, and other items as requested, providing timely and detail-oriented service
  • Take orders from guests, prepare delivery requests, and answer customer questions with a high level of accuracy
  • Create a warm and memorable dining experience for all guests by offering excellent customer service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including clearing tables and end of day closure tasks as appropriate
  • Meet guest needs as they arise in partnership with colleagues and management

What We Need From You:

  • Strong communication skills: the ability to build rapport with guests, share needs with and receive input from colleagues, and to clearly communicate with others
  • Attention-to-detail: the ability to complete accurate, error-free work and monitor the restaurant for any changes; ability to accurately complete bill transactions
  • Skills with multi-tasking and balancing overlapping workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactivity and initiative to maintain the flow and environment of the restaurant
  • Team-orientation and the ability to collaborate the with servers and kitchen staff on duty

Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification is for this position.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine or language is a plus, but it is not required for this role.
