• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas
• Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods
• Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and portion control
