Passionate about hospitality? Energized by fast-paced, ever-changing environments? The Nest is seeking a proactive, people-oriented part-time server to help us deliver unforgettable experiences in our lively community hub.
Position Overview: Schedule: Restaurant hours of operation Tuesdays-Saturdays 4pm-11:45pm.
Hours: Approx. 2-3 shifts / week
Reports to: F&B Operations Coordinator

• Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently
• Deliver top-notch service in a clean, welcoming environment
• Provide information about the menu, answer queries about food and beverage options
• Take food and drink orders and communicate these to kitchen, run food
• Process payments (we are cashless) and ensure end of day reporting is completed
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized FOH and bar area
• Check customer identification and age verification for alcohol service
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating them to management when necessary
• Respond to customer feedback with professionalism and care
• Stay informed on WHCA events and share with guests
