• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking and confirming orders, communicating with kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and alcohol
• Bus and clean tables
• Process to-go orders
• Support kitchen with prep and garnishing
• Prepare bills and manage payments
• Assist in plating and presenting menu items
• Perform cleaning duties, including stocking, sanitizing, sweeping, and dishwashing
• Handle daily cash reconciliation
