You’ll lead a team of talented individuals and create memorable experiences for our guests.   What You’ll Do * Develop and enhance food and beverage programs to meet company goals. * Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team while maintaining positive morale. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, employment laws, and AGLC regulations. * Collaborate on menu planning, vendor selection, and budget management. * Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining quality and anticipating needs. * Coordinate small to large events as needed.   What We’re Looking For * Experience: 3-5 years in hospitality or F&B management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
