QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible service practices.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Smart Serve or equivalent certification preferred.
