Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests. · Create an environment and experience that meets guest expectations. · Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their requests and needs. · Establish systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant service equipment, recording breakages and conducting regular stock takes. · Implement and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule to achieve high hygiene and cleanliness standards. · Ensure all mis-en-place is completed before guests arrive. · Ensure staff are knowledgeable about the dining menu and wine list to maximize sales. · Collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers. · Accurately complete guest billing following hotel procedures and ensure correct charges are posted, including collecting payments for sales and operating point of sales machines and cash registers. · Work operational shifts as required within the hotel. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 Years of experience in a F&B Supervisor role.
