Qualifications · Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within F&B or hospitality. · Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. · Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. · Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food hygiene, and licensing laws. · Hands-on, guest-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
