Job Description We’re looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to step into a hands-on leadership role. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a renowned 5-star hotel, overseeing service across Coco’s Kitchen + Bar, the Pool Bar, and our conference and event spaces. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll supervise daily operations, lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, and ensure seamless, high-quality guest experiences. Flexibility for AM and PM shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. What you’ll do: Supervise day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, and event spaces Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service Support recruitment, rostering, and payroll processes Collaborate with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation Manage guest feedback professionally and uphold brand standards Assist with stock control and inventory management Qualifications What we’re looking for: Proven food and beverage leadership experience, ideally in a hotel or resort A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate Familiarity with Infrasys (Shiji) POS systems is highly regarded Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on, service-focused approach with a sharp eye for detail Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays If you're service-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to lead by example, we’d love to hear from you.
