Job DescriptionWe're seeking an outgoing and service-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team across breakfast, lunch and dinner service periods. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you'll support and inspire our team to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences for our guests. Offering the Hospitality Award rate of $31.30 per hour, as well as amazing Accor Heartist benefits, we want to develop your career in our hotel and in the wider Accor community.

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations, leading the team to bring efficient, friendly and professional service to every guest
  • Ensure team members have a good understanding of our food and beverage offerings and are confident to make suggestions and recommendations
  • Coach team members in service skills, dietary and allergens knowledge, safe food handling, and engaging interactions
  • Maintain presentation of bar and restaurant areas, following set opening, closing and daily procedures
  • Coordinate with Kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency
  • Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs while maintaining product quality
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, RSA and company policies
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in creating and implementing innovative F&B promotions and events

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role for at least 12 months
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach team members
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification and knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and POS systems (Micros)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a positive, customer-first mindset
