Job Description What will you be doing: This is a great opportunity for a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader to step in to a unique role. Reporting to the Director of Culinary across our venue Pumphouse and the hotel, this is a great opportunity to grow your F&B career. In this hands on role, you will be expected to: You will have a keen eye for detail with good time management skills, Work alongside the team to provide support, guidance, and growth opportunities. Incredibly hands on and a genuine passion for outstanding guest service. You will assist in driving all Food & Beverage opportunities for the Venue to ensure our offerings remain fresh and animated. Thorough knowledge of our food and beverage lists, and be able to provide recommendations and suggestions to our patrons. Having your RSA will be required, and knowledge of safe handling of food and beverage is also essential. Qualifications What we are looking for: You will be a highly energetic individual who thrives on using your warm personality to create amazing moments for our patrons and team. guest obsessed delivering memorable service You will pride yourself on your strong communication skills, and be efficient at problem solving. Due to the high-volume nature of the venue you will be adept at working under pressure in a high-volume environment. You will work well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
