Our Hotel The Sydney Boulevard Hotel, a classic establishment near Sydney’s CBD, boasts 275 well-appointed guest rooms, 2 food and beverage outlets, and 11 function rooms. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standards. We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team, to help lead our Restaurant, Bar & Events Team, and help ensure guest requirements are always met with the delivery of exceptional service. Job Description What you will be doing/ Key Responsibilities Provide efficient, friendly and professional food & beverage service, ensuring all guest needs are met and VIP guests are recognised. Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation across all F&B areas, including accurate stock, equipment care, and outlet cleanliness. Ensure accurate order-taking, billing and compliance with RSA and liquor licensing requirements. Drive revenue through strong product knowledge, suggestive selling and awareness of promotions. Supervise, coach and support the F&B team to deliver service excellence, ensuring proper onboarding, ongoing training and consistent presentation. Assist with roster planning to maintain cost-effective staffing levels and oversee F&B setups including conference & function requirements. Communicate effectively in daily briefings and ensure team compliance with Accor policies, brand standards and mandatory training. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a food and beverage outlet. Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. Micros knowledge desirable. Service oriented with an eye for detail. Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures. Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment. Ability to work a variety of shifts. Strong focus and passion for hotel operations Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills Time management skills with the ability to multitask Strong personal integrity Entrepreneurial spirit with drive, ambition and high level of energy Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members Additional Information Benefits/ What's in it for you?
