Qualifications About You You bring proven experience in premium or luxury bar, lounge, or restaurant operations, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. With a genuine passion for personalised guest service, you have the intuition and creativity to craft memorable experiences, resolving any challenges with elegance, discretion, and finesse. Your deep knowledge of wine, champagne, beverage operations, stock control, revenue reconciliation, and POS systems ensures every service runs seamlessly and to the highest luxury standard.
