Beyond the guest experience, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the Banquets department. Qualifications About You You bring proven experience in conference and events operations, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. With a genuine passion for personalised guest service, you have the intuition and creativity to deliver seamless and memorable event experiences, resolving any challenges with professionalism, discretion, and finesse. Your strong knowledge of banquet operations, event execution, room set-ups, service sequencing, and operational logistics ensures every event runs flawlessly and to the highest luxury standard.
