Food and Beverage Supervisor - Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort
is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team!
This stunning 374 room hotel is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard’s vibrant restaurants and shops! Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Banquets.
The ideal candidate holds 2+ years in a lead role within food and beverage. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience in luxury and fine dining a plus! Ability to work the required shifts.
Shift Pattern: (AM/PM) weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations
  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
