PRIMARY FUNCTION

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, your primary goal is to supervise F&B operations efficiently and profitably, upholding the highest standards of quality and service. Your role encompasses various facets, including training servers, hosts, and potentially runners and bussers, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

EXPERIENCE

• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of service standards and hospitality trends
• Scheduling, budgeting and inventory management skills
• Exceptional communication and collaboration
• Knowledge of Squirrel (asset), sommelier certification (asset)
• Able to work variable shifts; stand for long periods.

• Supervise front-of-house activities across multiple outlets.
• Train, coach and mentor servers, bartenders, hosts on standards
• Model exemplary customer service and problem resolution
• Support kitchen operations and relationships
• Control labor costs, monitor budgets and sales.
• Enforce policies around supplies inventory, cash handling, etc.
• Maintain health and safety compliance in the workplace.
• Communicate clearly on guest feedback, incidents, challenges.
• Perform hands-on duties like serving, bartending, bussing, conference setup and tear down as needed.
