Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that all hotel standards are consistently met.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to line staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Promote exceptional guest experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Ensure that all opening and closing procedures, checklists, and requisitions are completed accurately for each shift.
  • Maintain adherence to service standards, policies, and procedures as outlined
  • Train, guide, and coach team members to deliver excellent service and uphold hotel standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness throughout the department and ensure records are maintained as required.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
