REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experiencein a similar supervisory role within a busy 3* or 4* hotel.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the food & beverage industry, including current trends and service innovations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Supervise the daily operations of the food & beverage outlets, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and support staff across restaurants, bars, conference, and banqueting areas.
• Work closely with senior management to uphold high service standards.
• Take an active role in weddings, events, and group functions to ensure flawless delivery.
• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and development.
• Help implement sales and upselling initiatives across F&B outlets.
• Be proactive in resolving guest queries or service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor during busy service periods.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
