In this role, you will deliver personalised luxury service with warmth, flair, and professionalism, bringing the art of French hospitality to life for every guest. From the first welcome to the final farewell, you will create moments that are seamless, refined, and memorably elegant. Leading by example, you will oversee the daily delivery of food and beverage within Club Millesime, ensuring impeccable presentation, service, and attention to detail. You will introduce innovative service touches, anticipate guest needs, and collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a smooth, luxurious experience at every touchpoint. Your presence will inspire the team to maintain the highest standards of sophistication and personalised care. In addition to operational leadership, you will support the Club Millesime management team in areas such as budgeting, stock control, payroll, forecasting, and departmental reporting, balancing efficiency with luxury. You will assist with team training and development, while actively managing guest feedback to continually elevate the experience. Qualifications You bring proven experience in premium or luxury bar, lounge, or restaurant operations, ideally in a leadership role within a five-star environment. Your deep knowledge of wine, champagne, beverage operations, stock control, revenue reconciliation, and POS systems ensures every service runs seamlessly and to the highest luxury standard.
