In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Clubhouse leadership team in all Food and Beverage areas of service to include but not limited to a la carte, dinner, lounge, Social Club Offerings, comfort station, range house, and Banquet Operations.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, professional, and a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional experiences. At least 3 years of food and beverage experience and prior leadership experience is required. Upscale resort, hotel, or country club experience is a plus.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with no traffic violations in the last 3 years.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Required to be on feet for long periods of time.
  • Required to work, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the staff during lunch and dinner service in the restaurant to include the lounge, dining room, and patio.
  • Maintain high visibility in dining room to receive members and guests and to ensure prompt, efficient and knowledgeable service.
  • Assist the Clubhouse Manager with training and developing the dining staff through ongoing education.
  • Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items to include cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Maintain a high-level dining experience with the mindset that we’re a family serving family.
  • Communicate and answer questions regarding restaurant and club events, mountain wide in a professional and courteous manner. Direct feedback, questions, and comments to appropriate manager or department.
  • Promote and maximize food and wine sales potential via team member suggestive selling.
  • Provide ongoing updates and revisions of the member profile system.
  • Responsible for flow management, concentrating on busy areas first.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
