Join the team at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Circle & Hilton San Diego Mission Valley (our sister property a mile away) and be a part of something exciting! Our restaurant is set to elevate the dining experience, and we are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our team to success. This role ensures smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the newly renovated restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services.
  • Lead and support the F&B team, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to enhance menu offerings and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Drive sales and revenue by promoting menu items and upselling.

MUST HAVE BARTENDING EXPERIENCE

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B setting.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management preferred.
  • Food Handler’s and Alcohol Service certifications (or ability to obtain).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
