ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate and service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the smooth running of our wine-focused venue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, ensuring high standards of hospitality.
  • Oversee wine and beverage service — including correct pouring techniques, wine pairing advice, and product knowledge.
  • Train and mentor staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
  • Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, staff breaks, and shift changes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering wine, beverages, and consumables.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
