Lunch and dinner is a vibrant blend of modern Australian and Asian cuisines – at the live wok station and signature open grill. At Mobius Bar & Grill, we think global and cook local, using only regionally produced ingredients. Job Description This role is suitable for a F&B Team Leader looking to set-up or a Supervisor looking for a change. Assisting in the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued Constant communication with all departments Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items and hotel services. Supervising, guiding and training the team in departmental policy and procedures as well as product knowledge Develop a sales approach and passion for driving and generating business Qualifications A willingness to learn and passion to teach Previous F&B experience in banquets and restaurants with strong product and industry knowledge Possess a strong work ethic and is flexible to work weekends, public holidays and evenings Valid NSW RSA Competency card Must have full working rights in Australia - we do not offer sponsorship for the role Additional Information At Accor, we believe HOSPITALITY IS A WORK OF HEART!
