Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and event spaces. Your mission? To ensure guests receive outstanding service every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support the F&B team during service, ensuring high standards are consistently met
  • Assist with staff training and development
  • Help manage rotas and stock levels
  • Liaise with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Provide hands-on support during busy periods and functions
