Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

In your new role as Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations and be responsible for engaging with our guests and supervising and supporting your team with daily activities. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will enjoy working as part of a small team on a rotating roster. This role will oversee the Restaurant, In Room Dining as well as Events hosted throughout the hotel. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting daily Food and Beverage Operations by being hands on within the department
  • Lead the team with energy and flair, making sure every guest experience goes above and beyond
  • Inspire and develop the team to be friendly, professional, and fully tuned into the key operational know-how that keeps everything running smoothly
  • Be able to lead both a-la-carte (Lunch and Dinner) and buffet style service (Breakfast and Events)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events, including setup, pack-down, and catering support, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Understand menu content, what’s new, what’s changing, and what’s popular and keep the team informed about every delicious detail and promotion
  • Complete purchase orders for products for bar and restaurant
