Description:
As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations with the short and long-term planning oversight of the Food & Beverage operations in the front and back of the house. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist in accurately forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses
• Assist in ensuring hotel staff is trained in financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
• Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems
• Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner
• Supervise day to day operations of food and beverage outlets
• Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession. This included the knowledge required for managing people, complex problems, and food and beverage management
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
