We are seeking a food and beverage industry professional who can deliver a 5-star service to our guests whilst simultaneously offer support and training to your team.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and/or the Outlet Manager, you will be involved in overseeing operations of our food and beverage individual outlets including Conference & Events, ensuring standard operating procedures are trained and followed whilst also being able to identify areas of improvement within the operations of the department. You will be required to work across multiple outlets within the hotel.
This is a full-time role; you will be required to work a rotating roster which will include weekends and public holidays.
