Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous Food & Beverage supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience within restaurants, weddings, functions, events or conference service
• A hands-on leadership style – you're happy to lead from the floor
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organisation
• The ability to remain calm and make decisions during busy services
• A reliable and flexible approach to shifts
• Current RSA – essential
• Experience in a hotel, resort, wedding venue or busy restaurant environment would be highly regarded
