The Marine Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter under dynamic new ownership. We are investing in our property, our people, and our future – and we are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor for our F&B operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the guest experience and bringing fresh ideas to life as we elevate standards and create memorable hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the team in restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events.

· Drive service excellence, ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with the hotel’s vision.

· Work closely with the General Manager and ownership to implement new concepts, menus, and service standards.

· Train, and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand values.

· Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food hygiene regulations.

· Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and the local community.

· Be responsible for beverage stock control

Key Skills & Attributes

· Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

· Proven experience in food and beverage within hotels or high-volume hospitality venues.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest-relations skills.

· A passion for innovation, fresh ideas, and delivering memorable experiences.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a “hands-on” approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €16.00 per hour
