What you will do Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines. Conduct all opening procedures including unlocking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing service areas. Conduct all closing procedures at shift end. Supervise and oversee Restaurant’s operation and ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards. Utilize the hotels computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports. Order the proper number of supplies and products needed for the daily operation. Train the staff using the as approved service standards. What you will bring Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel or high-end Italian restaurant in the Middle East. Must have fluent level of English both written and spoken. Arabic is a plus.
